 Principles of Mortgage Finance - This 36 hour video course is approved for 10 hours Florida CE.

Students who take "Principles of Mortgage Finance" and choose to participate and pass our daily testing on your homework assignments will receive Capstone Institute's certificate . Our certificate will enable you to apply for your Mortgage Brokerage license in Georgia . Indiana , Maryland , South Carolina and Texas.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Individuals wishing to apply for their Georgia Mortgage Brokers license and who do not have 24 months documented loan officer experience must complete "Principles of Mortgage Finance" and the four-hour "Georgia Regulations and Compliance" class.

A special "Principles of Mortgage Finance - Weekends Class" and "Georgia Regulations and Compliance -Weekends Class" held on campus is available for students who work and cannot attend weekday classes.
